Refocusing

Wow !!!! So here I was talking about balance and I got thrown off and so busy just by work . I’ve taken the time off from personal goals and tasks at hand . Previously I made a blog about balance and how important it is though and how detrimental it is to have balance in your life ; but for some reason I still lost balance . Which is cool since I have the courage and the drive to pick back up the pieces and even them out. I also have my notebook for those of you who remember as one of my ways to help me get back on track. I’m hoping you’ve been being mindful of yourself and your time management nonetheless .

Ask yourself how have you been balancing responsibilities and your free time?

If you slipped away from balance recently or currently , I’d recommend to jot down things that work best for you and things that help encourage balance in your life. Also, set yourself some goals. Set 3 month goals , 6 month goals , and even 12 month goals. That would be your base of balance in a sense because you know what you’ll be aiming for. You want to give yourself something to work with . There are plenty other balances as I talked about before but setting goals and balancing your time is EVERYTHING !
